General Guidelines

  1. Possession or use of alcohol and/or illicit drugs is strictly prohibited.

  2. Possession or use of marijuana in any form on property is prohibited. That includes but is not limited to edibles, cigarettes, and inhalants.

  3. Smoking is not permitted on New Life Ranch grounds.

  4. No pets are allowed on New Life Ranch grounds with the exception of licensed service dogs only.

  5. Possession of guns, firearms, explosives or weapons of any kind is strictly prohibited.

  6. Illegal activity of any kind is prohibited.

  7. Guests not mentioned on the Wellstead application are not allowed on New Life Ranch grounds.

  8. Fighting of any kind, physical or verbal, will not be tolerated.

  9. All minors must be supervised by an adult at all times.

  10. Sickness or injury must be reported to the New Life Ranch Staff, regardless of how small it may be.

  11. Guests shall not ride on or operate any New Life Ranch vehicles, atv’s, mowers, etc.

  12. Shirts and shoes are to be worn at all times while on New Life Ranchgrounds.  Swimsuits may be worn while using the pools or rivers.

  13. Guests 10 and under must wear life jackets when swimming in the ponds.  Guests are not allowed on the water after sunset. Night swimming is strictly forbidden.

  14. No lifeguard on duty. Guests swim at their own risk.

  15. Writing on or defacing buildings or equipment will not be allowed. Guests will be held financially responsible for any vandalism or property damage.

  16. Quiet hours are from 9pm-9am. Guests are limited to the immediate lodging area from sunset to sunrise. If you must leave the area notify a staff member in advance.

  17. No food deliveries, product deliveries, or substance deliveries are allowed. No Uber Eats, DoorDash, GrubHub, etc.

  18. We do ask that you are respectful of staff that live here and of other guests who may also be using the facilities.

Statement of Beliefs

  1. A belief in the scriptures of the Old and New Testaments as the inspired Word of God without error in the original writing, and that they are the supreme and final authority in faith and life. II Timothy 3:16, 17; II Peter 1:20, 21; Matthew 5:18; John 16:12-13

  2. A belief in one God eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Deuteronomy 6:4; II Corinthians 13:14

  3. A belief that Jesus Christ was conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of Mary, a virgin and a descendant of David. John 1:1-2, 14; Luke 1:35

  4. A belief that man was created in the image of God; that he sinned and that sin brought not only physical death but also spiritual death which is separation from fellowship with God; that all human beings are born with a sinful nature. Genesis 1:26, 27; Romans 3:22, 23; Romans 5:12; Ephesians 2:1-3, 12

  5. A belief that the Lord Jesus Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures as our representative and in our place, and that all who believe in Him and accept Him are made right with God. Romans 3:24, 25; I Peter 2:24; Ephesians 1:7; I Corinthians 15: 1-3

  6. A belief in Jesus’ resurrection from the dead and His ascension into Heaven, and that He is there at the right hand of God as our High Priest and Advocate. Acts 1:9,10; Hebrews 9:24; Hebrews 7:25; Romans 8:35; I John 2:1-2; I Peter 1;3-5

  7. A belief in the return of our Jesus Christ, and that He will set up His Kingdom on earth. I Thessalonians 4:13-18; Revelation 19:11-21

  8. A belief marriage was established by God and we believe it to be a lifelong, exclusive relationship between one man and one woman and that all sexual activity outside the marriage relationship, whether between one man and one woman, is immoral and therefore sin (Gen. 2:24-25; Ex. 20:14, 17; Lev. 18:22-23; Matt. 19:4-6, 9; Rom. 1:18-31; I Cor.6:9-10, 15-20; I Tim. 1:8-11; Jude 7).

  9. A belief that God created the human race male and female and that all conduct with the intent to adopt a gender other than one’s birth gender is immoral and therefore sin (Gen. 1:27).
